Voila! The famous paella (or not-paella) pan, nestled together with our risotto pan, in a gleaming display of kitchen porn. Polished just for you.
The not-paella pan is about 13.5 inches across and has accommodated everything from curries to pork tenderloin to cabbage to French toast to ... paella!
Both these lovely objects were wedding gifts. I hope they last forever, because they sure are great to cook with. Back in my ignorant-of-la-cuisine days, I would have never thought I could live without my Presto electric skillet, but I really don't even miss it. (Mind you, it is still a perfectly legitimate kitchen option, and definitely more economical than these coppery beauties.)
